To create a safe and supportive environment that empowers adults with disabilities through guided coaching by inspiring learning and connections among community. Bright Climb Center’ commitment to developing independence through personalized workshops, vocational training, and real-world work experience, helping each individual climb toward their personal goals with confidence and purpose.

Bright Climb Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Maria Barranco and Wendy Sanchez — two passionate advocates committed to empowering adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Together, they’ve created a welcoming, person-centered space where participants receive guidance, develop life and vocational skills, and gain the confidence to lead more independent lives.
Bright Climb Center is a reflection of their shared values: dignity, inclusion, growth, and the belief that every individual deserves the chance to feel empowered in every step of their journey.
Maria Barranco serves as Founder & Executive Director, leading the program development and long-term vision. Wendy Sanchez serves as Co-Founder & Managing Director, guiding operations and day-to-day coordination. Together, they are committed in supporting families and inspire connections among communities.
